우리에게 행복과 고난을 안겨 주지만 
우리는 
그것을 선택해서 
받아들일만한 권리는 없습니다.
행복과 고난은 
전혀 다른 별개의 것이지만 
그 두 가지는 
나란히 놓여 있답니다. 
행복과 고난의 끝에서도 
지금의 순간에 감사하고 최선을 다하며
내 곁에 있는 사람을 
소중하게 생각할 줄 안다면
